Easyduzit is a professional events manager (PEM) based in Benin, involved in many international and domestic brand projects.

We make it easy for people to meet and do business in a professional environment.

Our involvement in tradeshows can be structured in various ways. Besides organizing our own events, we are very interested to organize trade shows on a joint project bases with local or international partners. Experience has proven that combining strengths of partners provides a solid basis for a successful tradeshow.

In exceptional cases we can also be designated as partner for show management or project consultants.

Not only do we promote the tradeshows to potential exhibitors, we also coordinate and organize buyers’ missions to the events we represent. We also offer a wide range of relevant additional services to support the exhibitors and visitors in their preparation for the tradeshows. Such services include, hotel bookings, stand construction, visa preparation, VAT refund (upon return) just to name a few.
